Our policy statements are available to read at any time, and all policies are reviewed annually. We also welcome comments and suggestions from parents as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.

Brookside follows GDPR guidelines and maintains a clear code of confidentiality in relation to children and families.
Concerns and complaints
If parents have any concerns, the first point of contact is the Pre-School Manager, followed by the owners if needed. Ofsted can also be contacted if a matter requires further attention.
